Want to create environments that support good mental health, safety and wellbeing?
In my experience ..... it's simple
"Be kind, be caring and don’t be an @#$#$"
An eternal fascination with the human condition and its kaleidoscopic nature has led me to where I am today – feeling a strong sense of gratitude, that ignites my curiosity and gnawing appetite for learning, observing and making safe spaces for people.

Many of the best and most impactful outcomes require no financial budget, fancy strategy, strict policy or list of made-up company values. Kindness and care are accessible within most of us, and in my experience, applying these cost-free attributes literally, saves lives.
High risk, heavy industry, male dominated workplaces are where I often find myself, developing and delivering tailored approaches to creating environments that support good mental health, safety and wellbeing.
Through an evidence-based model, I partner closely with organisations to design bespoke, sustainable and achievable programs that resonate with my trademark question,
"What does it feel like, being you, today?"

A traumatic event, especially relating to suicide and other kinds of preventable death, can disrupt the productivity and engagement of a working environment. I'm great in a crisis, at all times, demonstrate confidentiality, compassion and empathy - holding safe spaces for people to express their emotional response.

Ignited by the devastating fact that every minute of every day, a male in the world dies by suicide, I'm dedicated to helping identify opportunities for better support, understanding and positive change.
Two in three Australians who die from preventable causes are male and, my work with The Australian Men's Health Forum and Global Action on Men's Health, strongly supports the idea that creating better lives for men and boys, has a direct and potentially lifesaving impact on everyone.

I go to workplaces with my Mum to ignite oxytocin in the people she works with. Sometimes it's one person receiving therapy, and other times it's a big group of people that we're telling stories and sharing tips with.
I've been a dog at a bone about mental health, for almost 5 years and specialise in warmth, cuddles and unconditional listening.
